The ZX Spectrum was a brand of Sinclair Research microcomputer, distinguished from its predecessor the ZX81 by its colour graphics (and some other things which should probably be mentioned). All Spectrum models used a ZiLog Z80 CPU.
There is a wide variety of emulators for the Spectrum available.
