Migrate Tech Wiki

Some info has been copied from the Tech Info Wiki, but there's still more to do. Also some of the tech wiki articles made use of <ref> tags. The Cite extension isn't installed on this wiki, so these should probably all be converted to standard references, or rewritten. Guesser 20:15, 24 October 2010 (BST)
